Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit is received. To guarantee your reservation immediately, please request that we send you a PayPal invoice -- as soon as you pay it, your reservation is guaranteed! Any other payment method must be completed within 7 days.

 

Discounts available for late bookings (less than 8 weeks) and for stays of more than 2 weeks.
All bed linen and towels, including pool towels are provided.
Our local management company will be on call during your visit to sort out any problems or queries you may have.
The villa is non-smoking (apart from in the pool area) and pets are not allowed.
Prices quoted include: Florida Sales Tax, Free local telephone calls, 24/7 Management services.
