East Kent ITeC is successful in helping people to upskill, develop their employability skills and return to work.  We offer ongoing support so that our customers are able to stay in work for the long term to benefit themselves, their families and the economy as a whole.

We work with approximately 500 people every year and are pleased to say that over 50% of our leavers have found work – real, paid, sustainable work for the long term.

We work with employers to identify their recruitment needs and then match their needs to the customers that we work with.  We can offer “work trials” so that an employer can see if the person they choose is the right person for the job.
