PRE
AND POST PROGRAMME SUPPORT
In
order to optimise the benefit from our programmes we suggest
that you regularly spend some time in contemplation, alone
and in a natural or quiet setting. This need be no more than
half an hour a day. Recording your thoughts and insights in
a journal will help.
We
also recommend you enlist the assistance of someone you trust,
who is willing to provide an impartial and confidential space
for you to reflect on the main issues of your life. This may
be a friend, family member or professional working in the
fields of counselling, coaching or psychotherapy. In doing
so your intentions for the journey will become more clearly
defined.
A
questionnaire and programme materials are supplied on application
and will help you in this process. These are followed by detailed
support material and an opportunity to speak with one of our
coaches once you have committed to the particular programme
you have chosen.
After
you have completed your programme again we recommend that
you continue with the processes of contemplation and reflection
in order to share, assimilate and integrate your experiences.
Jonathan,
Paul and Robert
form the core of our coaching and personal support team and
are available to accompany you on your journey from your first
expression of interest in one of the programmes, to the conclusion
of our involvement as and when this is mutually agreed.
Please
contact us directly for more information and to set up an
initial phone or face-to-face meeting.
