Servers not responding - 31st March 2009

We are currently investigating server outage problems with the IP House, London data centre.

This affect the following Eqwebs Limited servers

  • ns.eqwebs.com, IP 194.93.130.44
  • ns3.eqwebs.com,  IP 194.93.130.45
  • ns8.eqwebs.com,  IP 194.93.130.46

All services on at least 194.93.130.0 to 194.93.130.127 seem to be offline


UPDATES

18:28 At this time we have been unable to contact the London data centre or our service provider for the data centre - there seems to be a major outage there

18:35 ns3 & ns8 are back on-line

18:48 ns is now back on line - seems to have been rebooted (by data centre) at about 18:33. Still no phone contact with data centre.

18:59 Have now contacted our service provider at the data centre - our servers are back on line but they are still working on an, as yet, undefined problem at the data centre.
