Company Documentation
Do your documents reflect current legislation?
Company Policies and Procedures are required to detail the arrangements in place to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. These documents should be regularly reviewed to ensure that they reflect the current legislation and updated harmonised standards.
A good Company Management System will also include regular auditing of these documents and compliance by Company Personnel to ensure adherence.
Health and Safety Executive document HSG65 provides guidance on: Successful Health and Safety Management.
