Charles and Sarah (Jane) Williams were married in the
Trinity Church in the Parish of St Marylebone, Middlesex on the 24th
March 1863. I was unable to find them living in the area in the 1861 Census.
Sarah appears to have adopted the extra name of Jane, it does not appear on her
birth certificate. Charles Endersby according to his
marriage certificate was born in Clifton, Bedfordshire but I have not been able
find any record of his birth to date. From his age given in various Census he
would have been born in 1835, When they married he gave his fathers name as
Thomas deceased; she gave her fathers name as James, deceased. In
1902/3/4/5/6/7 Kelly’s Charles is shown as living at 45 Lennox Rd, Finsbury
Park, London. At
present the possible Parents of Charles Endersby are
pure guesswork. I have searched Census for Bedfordshire, Marylebone &
Islington, Middlesex without finding Charles as part
of his family.
