Minutes from previous meeting were discussed.

Tower Times

Next Tower Times is due out the beginning of February.
21st Feb first night of ticket sales.
Dino asks that any photographs need to be sent to him for next publication.
Dates for future events to go in Tower Times.

Dinner Dance

General feedback very good.  The evening was enjoyable.
Gill to write to Pelham House thanking them for the evening and providing feedback regarding the rather dangerous step and the problem with the cold food.
All agreed that the venue was very successful and we would like to use it this year.  Gill to request venue for the 7th December 2007.
The band was successful.  Fred suggested that more ‘acts’ to be included in the performance this year.

Oklahoma

RAFFLE

Members of the cast to ask fellow cast members for raffle prizes.
Social Committee to come together show week to split prizes for each performance.
Emma to organise the float for the raffle.
Linda to ‘rally the troops’ to help sell tickets show week.

FRIDAY NIGHT MEAL

Friday Night meal to be held in the Town Hall.
Members of the committee to be responsible for getting food on the Friday night:

• Helen, Gill, Lucy and Emma responsible for order of PIZZAS from ASK.
• Dino and Fred responsible for order from DILRAJ
• Amy and Mark (if he’s willing) to get order from BEIJING

All ‘teams’ to collect food from venues at 11pm so that everyone can eat together.
Lists for orders will be placed on wall by kitchen.  Cast and crew to be asked to give payments after the show not before or during.

Future Events

Saturday 14th April 2007 Bowling-Gill to ring Bowlplex regarding booking regulations she will try to book lanes.
Helen agrees to take bookings on home telephone number.
Friday 20th April 2007-Video evening for Oklahoma!  Discuss arrangements at next meeting.
Saturday 5th May 2007- Summer Fair (9am-1pm)
Sunday 24th June 2007- Founding walk to the Juggs in Kingston
Monday 27th August 2007- Family day picnic and games in the Paddock
Friday 26th October 2007- Quiz Night
