Minutes from previous meeting were agreed and signed.

Item 1-Tower Times (TT)
Positive feedback received regarding the new layout.
Dino raised the possibility of changing the issue dates of the TT. Committee to discuss this idea at next meeting.
Dino asks that photos and information about members or events should be saved for future TT.

Item 2- Eurovision Party
Venue-Scott?s house (7.30pm start)
Committee members to arrive at 6.30pm to help set up.
Check with Scott about quantity of glasses at his house-will we need to bring more
Tickets printed and being sold.
There will be a sweep stake on the door-all guests to re-pick a country for the evening to compensate for those countries that did not make it through the semi-final.
Games to be played on the evening-being organised by Dino
Scott to be asked to judge costume competition.

Item 3-Founding Day
19th June from 9pm
Social Committee to buy nibbles for the evening.
The event will be advertised by ?word of mouth?.

Item 4-Summer Fair
Advertisements for goods etc to be placed in future TT and mentioned at rehearsals (if there is no TT in June then send out information in mail)
Dino to ask Chris if the hall has been paid for.
Raffle-enough presents
Tombola-ask for donations and describe the type of goods needed.
Poster to be placed in the Market Tower before the event.
Amy to contact Mike Horstcraft about band.

Item 5- Societies Day
8th July

Item 6- West Side Story trip
Emma organising lifts etc.
Details to be confirmed nearer the time.
Item 7-Dinner Dance
Booked
35 people booked thus far.
Thank you to Lucy for the organisation of this.
Cost £29.50
Mark being asked to do disco-awaiting his decision
September TT will include main menu choice.
Christmas Club-members can pay for the meal over a certain time period.
31st October members to finalise payments for the dinner.
