The exclusive development of Tuscan Ridge is 15 minutes from Disney main gates, and if you like golf, less than 5 minutes from Champions Gate (two courses - National and International). We are on the west side of Highway 27 so on the Gulf side of Orlando, 1 hour from Tampa, St Petersburg etc. Orlando International airport is 30 minutes away. The villa is 5 minutes from local supermarkets and take-away restaurants, with a number of shopping mall's and designer outlets within easy reach.
Our Villa is luxuriously appointed to make your vacation easy, clean and comfortable. We have worked hard to ensure our villa has a "quality feel" in abundance, and to make it stand out from the standard vacation villa. The spacious lounge opens onto the large private screened pool and patio area, where sun-worshipers can enjoy peaceful uninterrupted bathing on our luxury patio furniture and loungers, or the family can have a dip in the generously sized pool and hot-tub - day or night! Here, you can also enjoy outdoor cooking on our gas barbeque. The lounge is perfect for relaxing, watching your favourite shows on our 50 inch plasma Cable TV, DVD, or enjoy your favourite music on our Bose iPod dock or CD's on our Hi-Fi. You can use the games room where we have an 8 foot slate bedded pool table, air hockey table, electronic darts board and a Playstation 2.
The heated pool is larger than standard and incorporates a spa hot tub, and the deck area has been extended to give a very large outdoor dining and sunbathing area. The patio furniture is versatile and particularly comfortable. Out here, you will also find our stainless steel gas barbecue.
Perfect for 2 families holidaying together is the inclusion of two master ensuite bedrooms. The main master has an American King-sized bed (ie 6 1/2 feet wide), with walk-in closet space, large shower cabinet, double ended bath and twin wash hand basins. The guest master has a Queen-sized bed (5 feet wide) with double wardrobes, shower cabinet, bath and wash hand basin. Cable TV's are included in all bedrooms. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have twin beds, wardrobes, and share a third bathroom with shower. The villa comfortably sleeps 10 people.
