of Loch Tay, in Highland Perthshire. We believe in
the alchemy of bringing pure and natural flavours
together with cream and chocolate

in UK and Eire, and maybe in the world! We successfully
posted a box of sea salt caramels to Australia last
Christmas - they arrived absolutely fine!

| April
chocolates
March was gorgeous
- so much so that it brought a number of plants to flower
really early. And then April showers - snow, hail and
nromal rain - came along and rained havoc. So much so
that picking sloe blossom has proved difficult. So,
as it is National
Stilton Week from 15th to 21st April, we thought
we would make 'Port and Stilton'.

and dairy free chocolates

last!
Over
the years many of our customes have patiently been waiting
for us to develop a dairy free ganache, and finally
we have! We developed a trial selection at Christmas
and feedback was very very positive. So - have a gorgeous
Easter selection as
well now.

launched a new product - the most fantastically thin
discs of gorgeous chocolate - crisp and light they
allow the chocolate flavours to emerge instantly on
the tongue. So thin, we have not worked out how to post
them yet, so available only in the Aberfeldy area! |

Award
winning flavour - Sea Salt Caramel
We made
these for a wedding client and as we have been trying
them out on friends and famiily to get the recipe right,
we have developed a sea salt caramel fan club! The sea
salt really counters the sweetness of the caramel -
which made with butter, cream and sugar is superbly
creamy. We supply these by the box, small and large.
