Christmas - they arrived absolutely fine!

We
have been eager to use fairly traded chocolate since
we started the business and are delighted to announce
that we have recently been able to switch to an FLO
certified couverture. What better time to announce that
we have made the BIG SWAP than during Fairtrade
Fortnight - their theme this year being the BIG
SWAP! We have created a new page
on the website to keep you up to date with our attempts
to source ingredients ethically
Our
Sea salt caramels are not only award winning for flavour
but we are delighted to announce that they are now created
using FLO certified ingredients - both chocolate and
sugar.
So
to celebrate, we are running a special offer on the
Sea salt caramels - £6.50 a box (plus £2.00
P&P). We will apply this price on any box bought
during Fairtrade Fortnight

Award winning flavour - Sea Salt Caramel
We made these for a wedding client and as we have been trying them out on friends and famiily to get the recipe right, we have developed a sea salt caramel fan club! The sea salt really counters the sweetness of the caramel - which made with butter, cream and sugar is superbly creamy. We supply these by the box, small and large. See order form |
