Mother's Day 2010 selection

A selection of flavours that reflects the time of year, with spring around the corner - as well as what we hope will satisfy disserning motherly tastes.

• Fresh Ginger - whenever we do stalls and I have these on offer, almost everyone who tastes them says 'ooh, fantastic, my Mum would love these!'
• Marzipan and Amaretto - and everyone else says 'ooh, fantastic, my Mum would love these!'
• Rose and Cardamom - a heavenly combination - the rose speaks of beauty and love, the cardamom adds a warmth, earthiness and wisdom
• Fresh Lemon - flavoured with lemon zest and coloured a gorgeous yellow using Saffron from crocuses, hopefully a sign of spring at last.

We are happy to do boxes of just Fresh ginger as well - we are often asked for these. And there are always Sea Salt Caramels.
