Valentine 2010 selection

Valentine's Day falls in the heart of winter and this year has been one of the coldest we have had for some time. So this year, we hope our Valentine selection will keep you and your beloved warm and cosy, with a little romance of the Middle East and other warmer climes:

• Rose and Cardamom - if I was to give this a 'Chocolate box' name it would be Persian Delight
• Blackpepper and orange - and this, maybe 'Peppered zing'?
• Atholl brose - a classic Scottish combination of honey, whisky and oatmeal - it already ahs its Chocolate box name
• Fresh Ginger - as good as central heating - and I have run out of inspiration for names
