The core of our business is the manufacture and supply of Horizontal Form-Fill-Seal machines, more commonly known as 'Flowrappers'. It's a Wrap supply a wide range from the small 450 model to the high performance 750. These machines can pack a huge range of products using almost any heat sealable or cold-seal wrapping material. Available in basic mechanical or full multi-axis electronic - painted finish or stainless steel - manual feed or automatic feed. All are modern high quality machines designed with the latest features and built to exacting standards in the UK and Italy.

Sprinter
 A high speed, reliable and robust HFFS machine, the Sprinter is ideally suited for a wide range of flow wrap packaging applications in those companies where a consistent high performance is required.
Constructed mainly from stainless steel and anodized aluminium as standard the Sprinter also comes fitted with a two meter infeed conveyor. Print registration, overprinter, three axis control and touch screen, etc can be fitted as extras. Output speeds of up to 250 packs per minute, dependant upon product size etc.

Sprinter Junior
 Economically and competitively priced machine, the Junior is ideally suited for a wide range of flow wrap packaging applications and will be the solution to flow wrapping requirements of varying sizes of companies.
Constructed mainly from stainless steel and anodized aluminium the Junior also comes with an adjustable fold box, a rotary end crimp carry over conveyor, a two meter long infeed conveyor. Print registration unit, self centering packaging material mandrel and electronic pack length control. Various infeed options are available including phase feeder, cross pusher etc. An overprinter can be fitted as an extra. Output speeds of up to 60 packs per minute, dependant upon product size etc.

Sprinter Junior Top Seal
 Economically and competitively priced machine, simple to use and operate, ideal for products that need to be flow wrapped but can not be packed on a normal bottom seal machine with pusher infeed.
Constructed mainly from stainless steel and anodized aluminium as standard the Top Seal also comes with self centering packaging material mandrel, print registration unit, automatic packaging material edge aligning device, electronic pack length control, a two meter infeed conveyor and a product carry over conveyor through the rotary end crimp.

Sprinter Micro
 Designed with the bakery industry in mind and for customers with limited floor space available for packaging machinery. The SPRINTER MICRO horizontal form fill and seal flow wrapper is a reduced size machine, which retains the speed and the pack size capacity of physically larger machines.
The SPRINTER MICRO is supplied in modular form. The basic module is the "Flow Wrap / Drive Module" around which the rest of the machine is built. The customer specifies the length of infeed and the type of discharge required to suit their requirements or floor space restraints.
Other ancillaries such as print registration, over printer, etc can also be specified as well as special infeeds and discharge conveyors.
The SPRINTERMICRO has an ultra simple mechanical drive and requires only a single phase electrical supply.
It is mainly constructed from stainless steel and anodized aluminium plus various plated steel parts. A self-centering mandrel and one fold box are supplied as standard.

450E Electronic Flowrapper
 The 450E is a low cost entry level flowrapper packed with productivity and efficiency features only available with the latest generation of multi-axis control.
Outwardly similar in size and appearance to the 450M it has the same emphasis on reliability, hygene and maintenance but has 64 instantly recalled product set-up memories, 'No-Product No-Bag', Misplaced product detection, continuous diagnostics and simple and intuitive touch screen operation. Coupled to the optional 'SlipFeed' automatic feeder it forms an extremely cost effective packing line.

 The 450M is a low cost flowrapper with an emphasis on reliability, simple operation, hygene and easy maintenance. It is suitable for most types of heat and cold seal film and a wide range of individual, multi-packed, or trayed products.
Despite its competitive price it retains a very high level of quality bith in its expert design and rugged manufavcture. It operates from a single phase supply and has a simple mechanical drive system which can easily be maintained and serviced by us or your own engineers.
