MARTIN DB5 - BMT216A, LU6789, 4711EA62 Goldfinger (1964), Thunderball (1965) Aston Martin had been manufacturing British sports cars
since 1920, but it was not until the company was bought by David Brown (of tractor fame)
in 1947, that the Feltham company moved into the supercar league, The DB5, essentially a
re-working of the DB4 was the first to be built at the company's new premises at Newport
