• Housing referral and tenant support

• Close links with Rushcliffe Borough Council Health and Housing

• Musters/Lady Bay Working Group

• Hostels Liaison Group Mental Health Support team

• Probation Service

• Local Community Police

• Local GP, Community Nurses

• George Road Mental Health Team

• Local Health Centre and dental practice

• Hospital visitation/support for individual service users

• Basic Skills with South Notts College and Notts Library Service
