Service Delivery
The Drop-In Centre is open 5 days a week from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. for the staff to provide advice and guidance on welfare benefits, housing, health and community care. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday
mornings a full open session is provided [with refreshments, table games etc.] during which the professional services are available. The great value of this provision lies in the fact that service users within our
homelessness' remit cannot access statutory or professional practice provisions.
