There is free training for key staff whilst your company is a corporate sponsor. We can offer your company one in-house half day training programme for up to 16 staff members per year. This option would be covering a basic introduction to the subject of Trans and to legislation such as the Gender Recognition Act 2004. (Or possibly an upgrade to another training option more suitable to meet your companies needs).

The Gender Advisory BureauLtd has developed the Trans Awareness Training Programme in cosultation with the trans community via our community contributor programme. They have already proved to be an excellent value for money range of products, attracting delegates from across the UK to attend training sessions and recommend our services to others.
The G.A.B delivers this ground breaking diversity training programme, with the use of suitably qualified and experienced trainers. If needed, guest speakers can also attend training to give a personal viewpoint.
At any time your Service/Company finds itself employing a staff member who is diagnosed with gender Dysphoria/Transsexualism, that staff member and/or any member of their family, will be entitled to claim a short course of gender specific psychotherapy if required.
We will place your Service/Company logo (if wished) on our promotional literature, acknowledging your company as an official sponsor of training programme.
