Cancellation policy If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason please let us know at the earliest opportunity. Providing you let us know more than 7 days before the start of your holiday only your deposit of £20 per person will be lost. 7 days or less notice will result in 50% of the total cost becoming payable (or £20 per person for 1 night stay). Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival may result in the full cost of the stay being lost if we are unable to re-let the room.

If you book direct, a deposit of £20 per adult will be needed to confirm your booking. On-line bookings ask for first nights payment in full.
