Rooms - For those of you planning to stay with us here is a helpful breakdown of our rooms showing maximum sleeping capacity. Please note that although we can only sleep up to 25, we can cater for up to 35, with extra guests sleeping at our other B&B's which we are happy to book on your behalf. We have 8 ensuite rooms and 2 non ensuite rooms. Room 6 is currently under refurbishment and so is not in use. All ensuite rooms are with shower, there is a bathroom with shower and bath, and separate toilet for rooms 3 and 4 just outside the rooms on the landing. Select a Room from the plan to the right .
Grounds - The Lodge grounds occupy an area of 5 acres and are bounded along its longest side by the river Gairn. There is plenty of open area for football, rounders or even golf practice. We have a large decking area which overlooks the bridge. If you like animals you can feed our ducks by the pond or our free range chickens which seem to be always hungry. There is also a 14 ft trampoline which can be used with care.
