House Party- The lodge can be booked exclusively at any time, for a minimum of two nights. Our weekends are based on a minimum occupancy of 12 adults off peak (2nd weekend in September to the weekend before Easter) and 16 adults during peak season (Easter to Braemar weekend, 1st Saturday in September). The minimum occupancy midweek is 8 Our two-night break includes afternoon tea on arrival, a full breakfast each morning ( at whatever time YOU agree on ) and a three-course dinner each night. Our three night break also includes all the above.
Unlike a Hotel, having exclusive use of the Lodge means that you or your children can make as much noise as you like without disturbing anyone else outside your Party. You can also stay up as late as you want, have breakfast and dinner when you want and basically do everything how you like it. The Lodge is also fairly robust and more child proof than most Hotels. This allows parents to relax and chillout!
House Parties at Gairnshiel are now so popular that we only have a few weeks left in the year so please phone us to enquire about availability. Due to most people re-booking their weekend, for the following year, we do not usually take bookings more than 12 months in advance.
