House Rules -

No Shows
If the final numbers for the party changes we require a minimum of one weeks notice prior to the actual house party. Should you fail to give us this notice you will still be charged for the food at a charge of £25 per person, per night. Children under 12 will be charge £12.50 per day. Accommodation costs will only be charged should you fail to meet the minimum requirement of adults as a result of their absence.

Dog Policy
We are very sorry but we are no longer able to accept dogs.

Damages
We want you to relax and enjoy yourself during your stay but ask that you respect Gairnshiel Lodge so that future guests can enjoy their visit too. You will be held liable for any damage or breakages which occur during your house party. The organiser of the party will be our first point of contact in all cases.
