Tariff - Our weekend house party prices for 2009 are £130pp for a two night break and £195pp for a three night break to include exclusive use of the lodge, three course dinner each evening and full Scottish breakfast. Weekend house parties are based on a minimum of 12 adults during low season and 16 adults in high season. Seasons are detailed here...
There is a big old fridge in the games room which you are welcome to use to store snacks and additional afternoon tea can be provided if required at £5.50 per person. Pre-ordered packed lunches are available when required.
Special Children Rates
Under 3 years - Free
3 to 11 years - £15 each per day
12 to 15 years - £25 each per dayIncluded in our children's prices is breakfast and an earlybird tea, served in the games room. If you prefer them to dine with you in the evening, an additional charge of £10pp is made –they eat the same as you as we don’t have enough pairs of hands to do kiddies meals at the same time as the adults dinner. Children's breakfast is also served in the games room. This can be provided earlier to allow parents a long lie-in.
Conditions of Booking
Once you have confirmed your booking our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable. If for whatever reason you have to cancel your holiday please let us know as soon as possible and we will make every effort possible to re-fill the dates. If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it. Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. If the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not yet received your balance. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND you take out guest cancellation insurance against cancellation due to ill-health, bereavement, road closures etc as the above refund terms are non-negotiable.
Cancellation Insurance
It is disappointing enough to have to cancel or cut short your eagerly awaited and carefully planned holiday, and even more upsetting when you are responsible for the full balance of the holiday. This is why we have arranged a special cancellation insurance scheme through JL Morris Insurance Brokers Ltd. It is a condition of booking that cancellation insurance is paid to cover the whole party.
