rOLLS Deep cycle batteries

Only deep cycle batteries are suitable for continuous duty discharge/recharge based electricity supplies. We have found the Rolls brand, manufactured in the USA by Surrette, to be the toughest of all. They are based around flooded lead-acid technology and as such are a fully 'servicable' battery. The 4000 series batteries are capable of 1500 cycles to 50% depth of discharge whilst the dual container 5000 series can perform up to 3300 cycles. Both types can be fitted with gas recombination caps which result in greatly reduced electrolytic loss during operation.
