This was a project for scalping copper and brass coils for a company in China, it was set up and fully tested in our workshop prior to dispatch,  we then installed it at our customer’s premises in central China.

This is a Die Reducing Machine, we built many of these for various Mints around the world, this particular unit was later installed in the Russian Mint

The George Jones Herculean Lifting System was designed and built by ourselves for our parent company Smethwick Industrial Services, it will lift 200T and transport the suspended item across any terrain, it was designed to enable it to be transported anywhere across the world with relative ease, the upright lifting cylinders are designed to fold down as can be seen in the first photograph, thus they can be packed inside a container for shipping and once they arrive on site can gain access to areas that a normal lift system could not due to their compact storage.

The Super Medium Crucible Making Machine was once again designed and built by our own in house engineers, we then installed and commissioned it at our customers premises, the above photographs show some of the checks we made during installation.

This Turnover Unit was designed and built to aid in the assembly of industrial refrigerators, the fridge would pass down a conveyor where the operator would assemble various parts to the unit, the Turnover Unit would then close onto the fridge and turn it over to enable the remaining parts to be fitted thus saving valuable time and manpower that would have been required previously. Once again it was fully tested in our own workshop prior to delivery to our customer.
