We are a precision press tool manufacturer, specialising in electrical lamination components.

This family company was formed 20 years ago and has steadily grown over the years into an experienced & very versatile company able to design and manufacture a wide variety of press tools and general machined parts.

We repair and refurbish tools, make spare components and modify existing tools as well as making machined parts for other engineering areas. Because we utilise both conventional machining and modern CNC machining we are just as equipped to do one off jobs as we are to make multiple components.

We have 4 Sodick wire eroding machines with a maximum cut size of 550mm X 350mm and can cut up to 300mm thick steel, carbide or aluminium. Multiple cut technology enables us to achieve a 0.002mm accuracy and 2.0µmRy surface finish. The machines have AWT (Automatic Wire Threading), enabling us to leave multiple aperture work on the machines overnight, reducing delivery times.

Our 2 CNC Machining centres have a 21 tool holder carousel and can cover 800mm X 510mm. Because our design work is carried out on a CAD/CAM system, we can convert our CAD programs into CNC programs and download them straight into the CNC machines and wire eroders, reducing programming time and cost.

Customers can e-mail DXF files (AutoCAD compatable) to us and have their complex programs running within minutes without needing to make complicated and time consuming detailed drawings.
