Gibraltar Farm Campsite

Welcome to Gibraltar Farm, a traditional family run working farm situated in the heart of the Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and views of Morecambe Bay. The campsite comprises areas of ancient woodland and open grassland. According to the Daily Telegraph, the site has just been listed as the top coastal campsite in the Northwest (number 17 in UK).

(Well behaved dogs are welcome. Please keep them on a lead at all times.)

Silverdale village centre is half a mile away with shops and public houses serving home cooked meals (see 'local business' page)
RSPB Leighton Moss Centre, one mile away, is nationally renown for rare birds such as the bittern
Excellent sea fishing with access on site
Wolf House Gallery and tea shop are next door
Attractive 18 hole golf course and all leisure activities (horse riding, swimming etc.) are also available nearby
Silverdale railway station is only a mile away
Lake District and Morecambe are a short drive away

The Woods (Private Parties)
There is a minimum set fee of £100 per night for the use of the Woods. This will cover the cost of the first 10 tents. Additional tents will be charged according to the above tariff.

As Gibraltar Farm is a family campsite, we regret that we can no longer accept group bookings (except private parties by arrangement) and bookings from young people under 21 years of age.

There is no charge for cars or awnings. Please note, for the consideration of all campers, no music is to be played on site. Please ensure that children do not disturb the peace after 11.00pm.
Camp fires or fire pits are not allowed.
BBQs must be 12 inches off the ground.
