Please feel free to download the Lord Family Tree GedCom file. Most Family Tree software titles will allow you to import this file format, however if you would like a copy of the data exported in another format, let me know and I will see what I can do.

After unzipping and installing (browse directory FH and run setup.exe) you may want to upgrade to V2.3.5

Again unzip and run exe file.

Lastly, for entering census data the following shareware tool is very useful:

GedCom Census V4.0.7 (2.02Mb)

Again unzip and run exe file.

Not sure how to unzip? It is part of the Windows XP operating system, using Windows Explorer right-hand click on zipped file and choose 'Extract All... (see image below). If you have an older version of Windows you can use an evaluation version of winzip which can be found here.
