Rock & Fountain Inn, Aberdulais. 4 road miles from farm, but shorter walk possible using footpaths.

 

The Gradon Inn, Crynant. Another pub doing sit down meals with a good reputation 3 miles north of the farm on the A4109 in the village of Tonna.

 

Numerous Sit-down and take-away restaurants available in Neath, Crynant, Tonna, Skewen and Swansea.

Leisure

 

Fishing available in the Neath and Dulais Rivers. The Dulais River runs through the farm. Day tickets available for fishing anywhere on the Neath or Dulais River from here at the farm or the Aberdulais Falls visitors office.

Fishing Rights are owned by the Neath & Dulais Angling Club.

 

We are less than 1 mile as the crow flies from the South end of the Sarn Helen Roman Road which can be walked or driven all the way to Brecon with appropriate vehicles assuming no restrictions are in place.

 

Outdoor activities such as climbing, caving, kayaking, canoeing, quad biking, paintball etc are available through a locally based company named ‘Call of the Wild’. Check out their web site or call Mark Soanes on 01639 700388.
