Unique 2 pint (1 litre) polyboard tapered Hoppers, equipped with a fold-over flap that is held in place with a special plastic closure fitted by hand. They are designed primarily for take-home beer trade although new uses are steadily appearing. With todays concerns for the environment, it is apparent that more applications for  these unique containers will repeatedly appear. Examples included paint and polymer filling, milk (especially where plastic or glass alternatives are considered unacceptable), horticultural and agricultural applications including pest control in orchards, fields etc. and for filling economy pack sizes of products such as seafoods, honey, purées etc. for hotels and catering establishments.

Since these hoppers are manufactured from highest quality food-grade dairyboard the user can be confident that no foreign flavours can possibly be transferred to their products. They are designed to  'nest' one inside another, which means that each case of 100 measures just 210 x 480 x 370mm (approx. 8" x 19" x 5") and will fit neatly in a small space. The hoppers are polythene sleeved in 20's to ensure total hygiene in use, with each sleeve carrying a pack of plastic closures.

Hoppers can be labelled to show for example the type of beer used or to advertise the premises - this is proving popular with wine bars and off-licences. For the printing, sparkling/multicoloured effects can be used for specials events since the hoppers are often retained as souvenirs!
