The new way to protect your cheese yet still allow it to ‘breathe’. Simply paint the coating over the top and sides of the cheese, allow to dry and then paint the base. Additional layers can then be applied to thickness  required. Available in 1000g packs in the following colours:- White - ideal for ‘rolled’ cheeses, as the coating dries to a totally transparent film allowing attractive surfaces to remain visible - Yellow, for ‘Gouda’ style cheese and Black which is popular with continental varieties.
