displayed at the premises of Halton Memorials & Co Ltd for inspection by
the customer. The balance of the account is then deemed to be due and must be
paid in full. After payment is received the memorial will be fitted in the
cemetery within 5 working days. This period of time is necessary to allow for
any adverse weather conditions.
2: If the order is
cancelled by the customer after expenses have been incurred by Halton Memorial

by cash or cheque.
When paying by cheque,
cheques should be made payable to Halton Memorials & Co Ltd
4: Payment by account.

period of time. In an effort to provide such a service we will allow customers
to make weekly or monthly payments towards a memorial. But we must stress that
all memorials must be paid for in full before they are fitted in the cemetery.
5: All goods remain the property of Halton Memorials & Co Ltd until paid for in full.
