Printout Service.
After you have placed your memorial order with us, usually within a week of receiving the wording from the customer, a printout showing the style of lettering, the layout and the design if any will be sent through the post to the customer, it is at this stage that small alterations may be possible i.e. spacing or perhaps the correction of an incorrect date.
It is very important to check this printout very carefully as small mistakes can easily be made when ordering the stone.
When the printout is approved, it can be dropped in at either of our showrooms, posted or faxed to our office.

The lettering of the memorial.
After the printout has been approved and the memorial stone has been manufactured, it will be lettered and usually displayed in our showroom, it is at this stage we invite the customer and family to inspect the memorial before it is fitted in the cemetery.
It is usually at this stage the final balance becomes due and payable. After this, the memorial is usually fitted within five working days **

Fitting of the memorial in the cemetery/churchyard.
When a memorial is being fitted in the cemetery, reasonable access is needed in order to get the memorial stone to the head of the grave, therefore when the memorial is due to be fitted, floral tributes may need to be moved.
When memorials are being fitted in churchyards, the graves are very seldom marked with a number, therefore in order for the correct placement of the memorial, we normally require a simple map showing the position of the grave, perhaps showing the names on the stones either side wherever possible.
* Sometimes it may be
necessary for us to advise against certain combinations of materials and
colours due to local regulations or difficulties arising with lettering/design
work
** Occasionally we are not able
to fit your memorial within this timescale due to bad weather/illness etc. we
will advise you immediately if there will be a delay.
