Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is a non impact workout with no fast movements or jumping, you will use smooth flowing exercises to improve your:

  • Body tone
  • Posture
  • Strength
  • Flexibility

We meet on Mondays at 6.40pm to 7.40pm in the Lounge.

Costs for this group are: £ 25 for a five week course.
