Cheryl's Aerobic Exercise classes are back!! Following a Maternity Break Cheryl will return to the Community Centre with this popular class suitable for all fitness levels.

Aerobic workout to start off
Includes toning and shaping the tummy, leg, bottom and arms

We meet on Wednesdays at 8.30pm in the main hall.

Costs for this group are still only: £4 a session.
