TC Xercise is a Fantastic Fun Aerobic Class .....a Head to Toe workout.
We do a head to toe workout including hand weights, small toning ball and dynabands. If you are interested in keeping fit, having fun or just meeting people, this is the class to join!!
We meet on Monday evenings, weekly, in the Main Hall.
Costs for this group are: £4.50 per class, payable on the night.
