GT Pro Series
GT Pro Series or GT Wii in Australia is a new franchise developed by MTO and published by Ubisoft for Nintendo's next-gen console, the Wii. It includes over 80 licensed Japanese cars, next-gen physics, and many gameplay modes, including Championship, Quick Race, Time Attack, Versus (4 players), Drift, and Replay]]. The game is cel-shaded, much like GT Cube. As of now it'll support 16:9 widescreen and it won't support progressive scan.
According to the Associate producer, Tats Myoio, online features will not be available in this release due to the time restraints of coding.
Steering Wheel
Ubisoft revealed a steering wheel shell for the Wii-mote, as an accessory to come with the game. The peripheral steering wheel, created by Thrustmaster, will be controlled by tilting the wheel forwards to accelerate and backwards to brake. Other games may make use of this peripheral as well when using the same controls.
