To get started, simply complete the subscription sign-up form (be sure to fill out the required fields) and hit subscribe. You will receive a confirmation message (that you will need to respond to) to confirm your subscription to our opt-in mail list.

Note: Each newsletter has instructions on how to un-subscribe should you wish to do so at any point. Our mail list is operated in accordance with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

Allowing our emails to reach you successfully and preventing email from going into a "bulk" mail folder?

Email providers like AOL, Yahoo!, Hotmail, and others are constantly changing their methods to classify email. Our system delivers email to all accounts the same way, and the vast majority get it in their main inbox. Some email providers filter messages based on content, subject line, or the "From" address and may put your email into the recipient's bulk mail folder. We recommend that list recipients add our domains to their 'Approved Sender' list, also known as whitelist, if they have their email accounts with one of these email providers.

For email service providers that do not offer such 'Approved Sender' lists or whitelists, we recommend requesting the provider to ensure that mail from the in.m1e.net domain and coming from the IP address range 206.112.95.0/26 be permitted. Mail claiming to be coming from us can also be verified using Sender Policy Framework.

Solutions for AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, GMail, Outlook 2003 and everyone else.

AOL Users

If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up, please check your spam folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and click This is Not Spam, which will allow future messages to get through.

We strongly recommend that you do the following to avoid accidentally filtering our future messages:

1. Click Mail in the toolbar at the top of your AOL window
2. Select Block Unwanted Mail
3. Click Custom Sender List
4. Select Allow only the senders and domains listed below
5. Enter this domain: in.m1e.net
6. Click Save

Hotmail Users

If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up, please check your Junk E-mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and click Not Junk, which will allow future messages to get through.

What happened to our previous "Why I deserve a PS3..." competition?

This competition has now closed and we are no longer accepting entries. All entries that have been successfully received are still active and the winner will be announced on December 1st 2006. Recently we sent an email to all entrants to confirm their entries and to also offer them the opportunity of subscribing to our newsletter to be kept informed of the progress of the competition and the name of the winner. If you did not receive such an email, it is likely that your email filter or service provider has blocked our message - click here for information.

Note: If you did enter this competition and have subsequently chosen to subscribe to our newsletter you are not eligible for entry into the current 'prize draw' to win a Playstation 3. Prize Draw Terms

The terms set out below apply to the Playsation 3 newsletter prize draw, the Nintendo Wii newsletter prize draw and the Xbox 360 newsletter prize draw:

1. The competition is open to anyone who successfully subscribes to our newsletter/s and confirms their subscription by responding to the confirmation email message.

2. The competition winner will selected at random and announced via email newsletter on December 15th 2006, thus the prize draw competition will cease at midnight (GMT) on December 14th 2006 - regardless of any new newsletter subscribers beyond that point.

3. The competition is free to enter, yet requires subscription to our free monthly newsletter.

4. The winner of the competition will be notified by email within one week of the cease date of the prize draw competition. If contact cannot be made within one month of the cease date, the prize will be forfeited.

6. Unless otherwise stated, XLRio Media reserves the right to substitute a cash alternative to a value of its choosing should the stated prize become unavailable or significantly delayed in materializing and / or shipping.

7. Fulfillment of the prize (subject to point 6 above) may take up to 28 days once contact and arrangements have been made with the winner.

8. The winner of the competition will be displayed in our email newsletter as 'title first name surname, country' e.g. Mr Bill Smith, USA.
