Julian Roland, founder and director of High Mast Video Ltd, studied photography at Medway College of Art & Design and, after graduating, spent ten years as a professional photographer. He then moved into the Traffic Survey industry as a survey manager, eventually becoming an associate director to a specialist data collection agency.

As traffic volumes increased the demand for an innovative approach to problem solving also grew and Julian created his own company. Initially trading as Traffic Data Consultancy, over the last ten years he has been developing a wide range of services to satisfy the needs of his clients. His unique mix of photographic skill and survey experience has given him a competitive edge that has resulted in the formation of High Mast Video Ltd.

Julian has retained a 'hands on' approach to running the business; he is personally involved in the design and implementation of most work now carried out by High Mast Video. Clients can be assured of a personal and individually tailored service.
