These compact surface drive machines are primarily designed for the
conversion of cling and stretch films. They can also be used for processing
other flexible films.
A machine for the rapid conversion of stretch and cling films. The modular
construction offers maximum flexibility allowing one machine to be supplied in
different forms.

An automatic surface driven machine for the rapid conversion of stretch
and cling films.

Collation System. The
HSA 600-2 Automatic rewind machines can be laid out into a working cell with
one operator minding the rewind machines, changing master rolls and filling the
core hoppers. The finished rolls exit from the back of the machines onto a
common conveyor and are conveyed to a end flight conveyor where they can either
be manually packed or go to an automatic box erection / roll loading station.

system. The machine automatically
fills up each of the shelves, with a capacity of 50 off 150mm diameter rolls.
When all of the shelves are full the rewind machine automatically stops and a
beacon or siren indicates to the operator that the stacks are full.

Slitter for the perforation of food grade films.
A machine primarily designed for the rapid conversion of PVC and PE
cling films. The machine can also process a range of LDPE stretch films and low
tack adhesive tapes.

A Machine that has
been primarily designed to slit and perforate bubble film, although it is also
suitable for many other materials such as wrap films and foams.
The machine unwinds the material, slits it to the desired widths, cross
perforates it to the preset pitch distance and rewinds it on to its new core .
The core cutter has been designed to
automatically feed, process and cut cardboard or plastic cores, 1000mm in
length.
