Our Policy

Applying for one of our properties

We charge a £35.00 application fee for each individual adult applicant and a £50.00 application fee for a married couple. We require a copy of two recent pay stubs, a recent utility bill and a copy of your driver's license or photo ID along with your application. Once all necessary documentation has been received by us, and an application fee has been paid, we will conduct a credit and criminal background check and verify your rental or residential history.

What we look for:
	Established job with sufficient income (varies depending on liabilities)
	Good rental History
	Good Credit History (In certain cases, we do accept 2 Month's Rent in Advance and/or Co-Signers)

What we cannot accept:
	Anyone with a criminal record.
	Anyone who has been Evicted and/or owes money to another landlord.
	Anyone who has a pending bankruptcy.
	Anyone who owes money to a utility company.
