The Lodge of Honour No. 526 has used these Masonic Rooms since 1964. However, the Lodge has a long and happy history exceeding 150 years and has been fortunate to count among its membership many distinguished brethren. |

Notes: At the Installation of W.Bro. G.S. Tudor as W.M. (November 10th, 1871), there were present 49 brethren, including 30 visitors, amongst whom were the Rt.W. Bro. The Earl of Shrewsbury, Provincial Grand Master. He was elected a joining member and appointed S.W. of the Lodge. The following year he was Installed as W.M.
CONSECRATION
This actually took place on the 17th August 1846, although the warrant of the Lodge was dated April 25th 1846, in the presence of eight of the nine brethren who were the founders, and whose names are given as the first Officers are on the warrant. The meeting was held at the Mechanics Institute, Queen Street, Wolverhampton.
JUBILLEE
On Tuesday, October 13th 1896, the Lodge celebrated its Jubilee. It was held, by dispensation, at the Exchange Hall, Wolverhampton at 3 pm.
Actual attendance was about 150 and included -

CENTENARY
The Centenary Festival was held on Saturday 17th August 1946, at the Masonic Centre, Darlington Street, Wolverhampton.
