The demo day had arrived, after what seemed like months of telephone calls, letter writing and talking to people about challenging horses.
unfortunately the forecast was terrible, but the horses had been organised . I had lots of support from family and friends. with mounds of tea and coffee!
My students, Terry Brookes, Kerry and Kera Leeson, Fern Roberts with her horse "Kia" and friend Leigh Fraser were all raring to go. (Fern was giving a little demo later on that afternoon)

"Bo" owned by Jenna Goldby and Lisa was the first to arrive, accompanied by "Bracken" owned by Jannett Rice.
All the horses taking part had challenging behavior that was displayed in different ways. Bo was taking the role of herd leader but was unable to interact appropriatly as it was too much responsibility. The resulting behavior was aggression, Kicking and unpredictability.
Bracken on the other hand had been abused as a youngster and was very nervous and unable to stand still.
