Caroline
Dowdeswell appeared in five early episodes of Dad's Army
as Janet King, Mr. Mainwaring's secretary at Swallows Bank,
Walmington-on-Sea.
Caroline
later went on to appear in several television series during
the 1970's including Crossroads, Man About The House
and Friends & Neighbours. I was fortunate enough
to acquire this early signed photograph of Caroline through
a reputable autograph seller in ebay auctions during 2001.
