The Deadly Attachment
A German U-boat crew are captured but the roles are soon reversed
and Corporal Jones is caught in an awkward position.

55 My British Buddy
The Platoon welcome American GI's to Walmington but contempt
soon occurs when a welcoming party turns sour.

56 The Royal Train
The Royal Train carrying the King is to pass through Walmington
on Sea and the Home Guard shall parade a guard of honour but
problems occur when the Snettlefold train blocks the line and
the platoon embark on a ride in a runaway train.
57 We Know Our Onions
The platoon attempt to earn five stars whilst on a training
weekend but they are hounded by Hodges (who wants his onions
back!) and the Verger. (Special guest :- Fulton MacKay)
58 The Honourable Man
Arthur Wilson gets a title and Captain Mainwaring decides he
should be brought down to earth with a bang!
59 Things that Go Bump in the
Night
The platoon seek refuge in a mysterious house when their transport
breaks down. But what is the identity of the "Horrible
Hounds" that await them?

60 The Recruit
Captain Mainwaring is in Hospital and both the Vicar and Verger
enlist to the Home Guard.
