Directions: At the end of the M57, take the second exit off the island on to the A5036 (Bootle and all Docks).
Keep to the right hand lane for a right turn at the traffic lights on to the A5207 (Southport and Formby).
Continue for about a mile and a half, across the next traffic lights (a staggered junction) into Lydiate Lane.
At the next lights, turn right at the T-junction (A565) towards Southport. This road eventually becomes a dual
carriageway. Turn left at the second roundabout on to the B5424 (Southport Road). Follow the road until you reach
the Grapes Hotel (on the right) and turn right on the mini island into Green Lane. As you pass St Peter's Church,
be prepared for the turn into Cricket Path on the left. There is a club sign at the turn. |
