All our projects and services provide a 24 hour support
scheme, as per contractual agreement. We have a team
of on-call service engineers that will respond to
your call within a 15 minute window. Our maintenance
department is equipped with on-site software tools
that can solve any possible malfunction through remote
control by directly accessing the client's computer
network. Our technical support staff will also use
a trouble-shooting guide to resolve directly via telephone
any difficulties the client may encounter. If required,
field visits to on-site premises will be made within
a reasonable time-span. For that purpose, we have
at your disposal a network of mobile phones and pagers
to facilitate contact between our technical support
department and clients.
