- "We" and "The Agency" refers to Irish Aunts Agency;
- "Irish Aunt" is an assigned employee of Irish Aunts Agency;
- "Client" or "Applicant" is the person with whom the Agency has a contract to assign an Irish Aunt;
- "Householder" is the householder of the private house to which the Irish Aunt is assigned;
- "Charge" is the person within that household to whom the Irish Aunt is assigned to look after and run that household around;
- "Client", "Applicant", "Householder" and "Charge" may be one and the same person, or they may be two or three different persons (and be further complicated by solicitors, banks, trustees and powers of attorney).
