The balance of your rental is payable 4 weeks before the start of your holiday..
Cancellation. If you have to cancel, due to unforeseen
circumstances, we will do all we can to re-let the cottage in order to waive the
outstanding balance.
Unfortunately, if we are unable to fill the booking, you will be liable for the
full charge.
