Systems Review
We can review all or any section of your systems to establish:- degree of usage
- value to the business
- data accuracy & security
- level of user understanding
Typically the product of the review will be :
- an understanding of the level of system adoption by users
- identify redundant processes
- recommendations for current and continuous improvement
- audit or establishment of Procedures
- identify the level to which systems integration has been achieved
Systems Selection
We adopt a simple yet thorough process for determining and selecting new systemsThe key is establishing user involvement and empowerment to benefit from commitment across the organisation. A small but representative team is taken through a number of well proven stages in the selection process.
- Stage 1:
- determines & specifies what is required
- Stage 2:
- invites selected qualified suppliers to submit proposals against an Invitation to Tender
- Stage 3:
- involves the team in reviewing and shortlisting the supplier offerings
- Stage 4:
- further qualifies the chosen supplier and involves a wider audience in detailed on-site demonstrations
Systems Implementation
Too many new systems fail in some way to meet directors expectations. Success requires- commitment from the top
- a nominated Project Leader (preferably not the consultant)
- a Steering Committee
- a Project Team
- task groups
- identifying tasks
- setting timescales
- managing resources
Objectives are measured and realistic.
